Own the whole home
The price of one share is the down payment on an entire vacation rental. Up to 80% financing with no tax returns required, nightly rental income, cost segregation and depreciation working for you. Our lending arm handles it end to end.
Own with purpose
However you own, a portion of every commission we earn is directed to a nature-based cause in your home’s host country. Buy near Zion and the canyon country benefits. Buy in Baja and the Sea of Cortez benefits.
